This class is the ultimate lunchtime booster so you can clear your head and recharge your energy levels. 40 minutes, high energy fitness and loads of fun. Stride is a full body workout and designed for all fitness levels. We meet at (and return to) 7 Air Street. We'll run a total of 2-3k with a few stop offs along the way where we'll combine HIIT, Toning, Core work & Mobility. |

Your Instructor
Venka is a qualified Personal Trainer and has been working in the fitness industry for several years. She shares her passion for fitness by helping others to experience the same positive changes in life that she has. She enjoys motivating people and working as a team, believing that exercising has to be fun and demanding at the same time.
Her high quality classes are fun and energetic and designed to help everyone reach their goal in the quickest way possible, taking into account their current level of fitness, injuries and limitations, as well as exercise preferences and dislikes. Venke is available for private personal training and group classes. She is also Pre - and Post Natal qualified and able to modify exercises accordingly. |
